Happy May Day 又一个五一国际劳动节过去了。今年的五一节，不同于以往。没有了往常的“黄金周”，小朋友们又是怎么安排这个假期的呢？让我们一起来看看吧！ May 1st is International Labor Day. It is the day for all the working people. It is a day for my parents, too. They are both workers. So I want to be helpful at home. I hope they can have a good rest on the special day. On that day, I washed my clothes which I wore last week, and then took out my clothes which I would wear in summer. In the evening, I made a dinner for my parents, though the meal wasn’t delicious, my parents liked it very much. May 1st was a happy day for my family. ——崔星媛 This year, May Day holidays were shorter than those of the last few years. So I spent the holidays around the city. During those days, I enjoyed myself. On the first day, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. On the second day, I had a party at home and invited some of my best friends to my house. My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, and we took many photos at the party. We had a good time. I liked my May Day. I liked the holidays. ——王 帆 I was very happy on May Day. In the morning, my parents took me to the park. I saw many trees and beautiful flowers there. There were many children playing happily in the park. In the afternoon, my parents took me to the zoo. There were lions, tigers, eagles, bears, deer, monkeys, and so on in it. I was very happy on that day. My elder brother took me to the Wuhan Zoo by bus. There we saw many animals, such as monkeys, tigers, deer, birds and so on.
